When you send a project enquiry we store the details you enter:

• name, email address, phone number and organisation;
• project type, location, approximate area, budget range, timeline and services needed;
• your message and any brief or drawings you choose to attach.

To protect the form from abuse we also store your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.

Only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries and attachments are stored with our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) in access-controlled storage. Only authorised members of the studio can view them. Attachments are never publicly accessible.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, this section will be updated first.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.
